Frank has worked for Unilife for over two years, having previously worked as a Guest Relations Manager in an internationally acclaimed five-star hotel. Throughout his time with Unilife, Frank has proved to be a huge asset to the team largely thanks to his diligent approach to customer service and commitment to ensuring our students are well looked after throughout their stay with us.
As House Manager, Frank’s daily focus is on supporting our students and resolving any issues as effectively as possible, very much in line with the company’s mission to provide the ultimate student living experience by placing students at the very heart of everything we do. Frank’s willingness to help, along with his compassionate and diplomatic approach have also been instrumental in delivering the highest levels of student satisfaction ratings amongst our tenants year on year.
