A massive thank you to Frank from UniLife for accommodating me and my family during an arranged viewing today. Not only did the property completely supersede our expectations but Frank was amicable, friendly and welcoming to us all. From the outset, he has been responding swiftly to all of my messages and has gone the extra mile in helping us organize everything. I will most definitely be using UniLife for accommodation and encourage anyone else looking to do so.
My wife and I had booked a couple studio at Unilife High Street, Southampton. It was perfect for us as there was proper space for us both to study and to relax as well. One of the best aspects of the studio was the amount of storage we both had to keep all our bags, clothes, and other belongings. In addition to that we moved into a new building so everything in the studio was brand new and in pristine condition. The general quality of everything provided in the studio was fantastic. A special mention to all members of the Unilife staff, especially our main point of contact, Ben, who were all exceptionally helpful throughout our stay at Unilife. They were always available when required, and very quick to take action on any issues, queries or concerns that were raised. We also greatly appreciated the fact that they always ensured there were breakfast-to-go items available for the residents on a regular basis. As a result we had a very pleasant experience at Unilife.
Best student accommodation there is. Perfect location, everything is around you. Someone is always at the end of a phone, always there and willing to do whatever they can to make us feel comfortable.
I would like to thank you for all the help and support you provided during my tenancy with Unilife. You have indeed been a very kind and friendly House Manager.
It’s a home from home, fell in love with my studio straight away. It’s perfect, fun and home and doesn’t feel like student accommodation.
For me it feels like home away from my home. Perfect for me as I'm not a student but I am able to live here on a dual occupancy with my partner who is a student. Great rooms, nice service & great staff! I love it!!!

Our son spent a great 9 weeks at Sparkford House over the summer. A great central location for Winchester, but also quiet too. Rooms were large, clean and spacious and well kitted out and presented. The open plan area excellent. The support team, especially Frank, very helpful. The booking and move in processes straightforward. Highly recommended accommodation - will happily book again for next summer
I stayed at Unilife Middle Street for a couple of months over the Summer as I was working in Portsmouth. On arrival, I was warmly welcomed at the entrance by Frank who showed me to my studio and carefully explained how everything works. He was very friendly and polite, immediately making me feel at ease in my new surroundings. In fact, all the team were delightful, and there was always somebody available to help with any problems or queries. The studio itself comprised of a bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette (with oven/microwave, hob, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster), TV, sitting area and desk, which were all modern and in working order. High speed internet is available via wifi or cable in every studio. The TV services included free Netflix and catch-up TV from all the free-to-air British TV channels. I felt very at home, and on the only occasion I had a problem (my original studio was rather hot in the Summer), Frank was quick to move me to a cooler studio. The building itself is very nice with plenty of amenities. On the ground floor, there is a vast TV and a free hot drinks machine. There is another TV on the first floor, as well as tables with built-in games such as scrabble. The gym looked very nice, although I never used it. Unilife also provides residents with a top-up card which can be used on the washing machines and dryers on the first floor. All in all, I had a great experience at Unilife Middle Street and would heartily recommend it to any prospective residents. Thank you to Frank, Iulia and the rest of the team.
Just wanted to say how impressed I was when I dropped Vaughn off. We were met and given a comprehensive tour of the studio and the site and explained how things worked. The studio was gleaming and I feel so reassured that he has made the right choice for this upcoming year. One doesn’t always receive a service akin to ‘what it says on the tin’ but from first contact with you, to moving in, Unilife certainly does deliver a first class package.
I have found that the room is so comfortable with all the necessary equipment and easy to settle down for students. Also, the security is good which is important for young students. As a parent, I would like to recommend Unilife not only to my daughter but also her friends for the next year.
Overall very impressed with quality of accommodation and level of service. Billing is simple as it includes all the services; electricity, rates, gas, water, council tax and so on. The students have all they need in their own space, so have somewhere to study without being disturbed. Social events if they want to be involved. Comes at a price above the basic halls or renting, but nicely packaged and happy with our choice.

After three amazing years at Unilife – Middle Street, my daughter is considering a further year with Unilife to extend her degree to a Masters; this is the ideal time for me to express my immense gratitude to the Unilife Team for the last 3 years. Unilife was the perfect choice from the start and has continued to provide excellent, luxurious ‘home from home’ accommodation for University Students.
Three years ago, I made contact and found the entire team at Unilife to be genuinely honest, open and professional at all times regarding their product, service provided and costs involved and I chose Unilife without any doubts. The integrity of the Senior Management and all staff I met was apparent and I haven’t looked back. A happy, safe and secure student is a student that will learn and strive to achieve their full potential at University.
Unilife students are totally secure and so comfortable, with modern and luxurious apartments that allow them their privacy along with a close community ethos promoted by the on-site team. The multi-purpose common room; onsite gym and washing machines/dryers mean students have all they need and more within the building. I have seen my daughter flourish whilst living at Unilife for three consecutive years and for her to be considering another year is testament to how good it has been.
The location of Unilife is so close to the University faculty buildings; to shops; to the Library; and to the Clubs – which also enhances the safety aspect with short distances for students to walk to, and return home to at night - just a five minute walk with the friends for life she has met also living at Unilife.
The entire team of staff, with specific mention to the House Manager – Frank, take time to get to know each student well offering them understanding and empathy, ensuring their well-being is monitored from a distance during their University years and in addition, ensuring the students feel a sense of belonging who have pride in their home and treat it with respect whilst entering adulthood.
