Welcome to Sparkford House, Winchester

Not only is the building lovely, accommodating, welcoming, and clean, but the staff are also so friendly. They truly care for every individual in the UniLife building, making UniLife a home away from home, and also as comfy as possible whilst studying at University. They also put on great events, allowing us to look forward to social events where we can hang out with our friends. From pizza nights and weekly yoga classes to big casino parties (including photo booths, a DJ, casino tables, food, and glasses of bubbly). UniLife really is worth every penny, from the gym and Netflix account included in the price to the water bottles, mugs, notebooks, an umbrella, and other essentials they gift to you on arrival. A home away from home when studying!

Excellent! I love living here! It is a super nice accommodation to enjoy my uni life. It is super convenient, which means it is close to uni campus, train station and even town center, and all within walk distance. Also, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The manager is the nicest person in the world. He is always greeting me and asking how are you, it makes me feel like home. All the facility in the studio are very modern and user friendly. It is enjoyable to live in such a place.

I mailed with one of the team member Alex and he was always responding quickly even If I asked a month later. Therefore good work of ethics just like other members in the team, Ben, Alberto, Marius... Apart from that it is basically the best located accommodation for students. We are living one of the Luxury plus studios with my partner and it is more than enough for us at the moment. I mean the place is modern-well furnished and everything but I like to problem solving capabilities of the team the most.
