Park House is our newest property in Southampton. Our Park House student accommodation looks out onto one of the Southampton’s most beautiful parks and for this reason lots of students love it. As well as stylish studio accommodation for individuals, couples or friends (who want to share a studio) the building also has fantastic communal areas, including a large common room, gym, laundry room and two quiet study rooms.
The building is situated right in the city centre just minutes from Southampton Solent University and just a short bus ride to the University of Southampton campus via the Unilink bus service. Being right in the city means that there are lots of shops, bars and restaurants for residents to enjoy. West Quay shopping centre is also very close by which boasts a large variety of designer shops.
Southampton has excellent transport links, with National Express and a train station servicing connections to London, Gatwick airport and Heathrow airport. Just outside the city, Southampton Airport provides good connections to Europe. If driving, the best place to park is Sussex Road – Post Code SO14 1ND.

Your space – Your way gives you the opportunity to select a contract length anywhere between 1 and 51 weeks to suit your university accommodation requirements. You can also choose a payment option whether monthly, termly or annual. Since you won’t be paying for a studio when you don’t need it, you could significantly reduce your accommodation cost and save money.
Flexibility to choose your contract length and payment method. Nobody else offers this.

Studio availability & pricing
Our billing is simple – all our studios are all inclusive pricing so this means that you will never incur any unexpected bills or surprises. You won’t ever have to worry about internet, water, heating, electricity, contents insurance or TV licence bills.
All our individual studios are self-contained and include your own en-suite bathroom and kitchen. We also offer a small selection of twodios in selected Unilife buildings which consist of your own private bedroom and study area with a shared kitchen with one other student. Standard Twodios also share a bathroom with another student, whereas Premium Twodios include your own private en-suite bathroom. We ensure that all students sharing twodios are of the same gender.
Looking for couples accommodation?
Our larger Luxury, Luxury Plus and VIP studios in our Park House building offer a very cost-effective home for couples looking to share, as you can simply split the cost of the rent a pay a small sharing supplement. We are also one of the only private student accommodation providers who are happy to accept couples even if one of the tenants is a non-student!
Prices quoted are per person and standard contracts are 51 weeks, shorter contracts are available on selected studios.
Rents will vary on short-term contracts.
